1. We're Out of Our Minds by Ken Robinson  (find it here: https://amzn.to/4gYheZJ)

This book is mind-blowing, exploring how creativity is initially nurtured in children but tends to diminish as they grow into adults. It provides insights on how to reclaim that creativity. Ken Robinson, who holds a PhD in education, has dedicated 40 years to traveling the country, engaging with children and educators. His work is very well done.

Written by the same author, this book responds to a TED Talk that garnered 30 million views. It examines what makes a school truly exceptional, showcasing creative schools from around the world. It's both enlightening and thought-provoking.

3. Dumbing us Down - by John Taylor Gatto  (find it here: https://amzn.to/41ATlCZ)

This book offers a more somber perspective from a New York teacher with 30 years of experience. He shares his journey through the public school system, discussing the challenges he faced and his feelings of sadness regarding the current generation. Despite the heavy themes, it’s a valuable listen that emphasizes the importance of critical thinking. We can learn from diverse perspectives, even if they differ from our own.
